Sempu is Excotic Island

It Is lake on Sempu Island ( Name is Segara Anakan)

Sempu located in East Java province, specifically in the south of Malang. From Surabaya, the journey can be taken for 5 hours. Towards Malang, then continues to the south, just follow the signposts reading "Pantai Sendang Biru". The course of the winding, narrow and somewhat dangerous. But that's the struggle to achieve a beautiful place. Must be a sacrifice.

Before go to Sempu Island, we must transit in Sendang Biru Beach. In sendang biru beach, we can many fisherman, shop, ship, fish market, and etc. In there we can find many  people who to offer lease his ship for crossing from Sendang Biru Beach to Sempu Island. Before to go to Sempu island, we must ask for permission to security. It is for savety when we on the sempu Island.

The Situation on Sendang Biru Beach

Sempu island was uninhabited island, and in it only consists of hilly forests which are mostly mangrove forests. Sempu island has a lake that is Segara Anakan, the lake is a tidal lake is beautiful. Despite having a depth of about 5 meters, the lake is safe for snorkeling activities or just a swim because it was free from ocean waves of Indonesia.

When we crossing to Sempu Island, will seeing beatifully Indonesia Ocean. Sea is very clean and very wide. we will enjoying with this trip. Only 15 minutes we are finished in Sempu Island, if we cannot to Segera Anakan, enough enjoying of Sempu Beach. But we want to segara Anakan we must walk about 2 hour for go to it.

On Segara Anakan Lake we can find lake very beatifull. It is surrounded with high cliffs, so like a lake. But there are waves coming from a big gap between the reefs that make this small coastal scenery is so beautiful.
