Pandan War

"NYIRIH" Tradition of Making healthy and Strengthen Teeth

 Menyirih has several benefits such as increased work capacity, sensation of heat in the body and increase alertness. Menyirih also done by people less able to avoid boredom and suppress hunger.

Activities menyirih extremely prevalent in the area of Java and West Nusa Teggara (NTB). Most people who love menyirih are elderly people or people who are elderly and those who still respect the customs or cultures heritage or ancestors.
